Peterson Drilling Inc. is currently licensed in five states and in the process of obtaining others:

• Nebraska
• Kansas
• South Dakota
• Missouri
• Wyoming

We can acquire a license in any state, however, in time sensitive situations we can use one of our trusted affiliates in states that we are not licensed.

In these situations we can work under their license and they are on our site working in conjunction with our crews and equipment.  Many states do not require a license if the wells are non-appropriated.

Our current geographic area is outlined on the map.  We will consider mobilization to almost anywhere depending on the magnitude of the project.
